Alexandra and Theodore met seven years ago in Omaha, Nebraska. They were set up as blind dates for Alex's sorority formal. Alex and Teddy planned a quick introduction prior to the event, but that turned into a three-hour get-to-know-you date, and they were smitten from that first night. Teddy “officially” asked Alex to be his girlfriend not too long after!Alex and Teddy spent the rest of their college days falling in love; they went on lots of dates to Coneflower Creamery and Creighton basketball games, and they spent late nights in the library that were followed by Candlelight mass. Alex and Teddy look back on their time at Creighton with fondness—God really does work in mysterious ways!Alex and Teddy bonded over their shared love for adventure! One of their favorite memories was when they road-tripped across the country from Nebraska to California. The experience created a goal to visit every national park in the country, and was the start to an ever-evolving bucket list of things they would like to experience together.Since graduating from college, Teddy and Alex have chosen to love each other every day. They have endured and conquered multiple years of long-distance as Alex practices as a pediatric ICU nurse in Omaha, and Teddy chases his dream to fly. Countless hours on facetime and miles on the interstate can be attributed to making long distance work!After the wedding, Teddy and Alex are moving to Missoula, Montana! Teddy is going to fly the ATR with Empire Airlines, and Alex will help those in need as a nurse.Alex and Teddy's love story has been built on faith, love, and commitment. Their relationship is a testament to "dating with intention." They are so excited to share their love with their favorite people. It is an honor to celebrate with you all. We love you!

Teddy and I wanted to provide a list of hotels and accommodations in lieu of a hotel block for our wedding. The hotels listed/ provided are in Santa Rosa; providing a central location for wedding events and enjoying wine country weekend. If you prefer to be closer to the venue (Glen Lyon Winery: 2750 John Hill Rd, Glen Ellen, CA 95442) and or immerse yourself in a wine country weekend we recommend looking at hotels, Airbnbs and VRBOs in Glen Ellen or Kenwood California.

The hotel is located in downtown Santa Rosa with walkable coffee shops and restaurants. It is a beautiful property, in a central location for wedding events and enjoying a wine country weekend.

This hotel is close to downtown Santa Rosa; walkable to coffee shops, restaurants and a 10 min drive from the church 20 minute drive from the venue!

This hotel is closest to the church! Recently renovated and also great central option for enjoying wedding events and wine country weekend.

Teddy and I wanted to include some hotel suggestions that are closer to our reception venue Glen Lyon winery; these accommodations might have more of the wine country appeal vs being in town closer to the church!
